Dear MTSD Families, 

In a previous communication, we shared with you that school would be in session on Monday, February 20, 2023, due to the cancellation of school for inclement weather on December 23, 2022. However, we are pleased to share with you that the weather make-up day on Monday, February 20, 2023, will remain a day without school for students. 

On Thursday, January 19, 2023, the Board of School Directors voted to institute an Act 80 Professional Development Day for teachers and staff on February 20, 2023, thereby keeping our schools closed for students as originally planned. School will not be in session on February 20, 2023.

Also, as a reminder, below are some important school dates in February:

• February 3, 2023 – No School 
• February 16, 2023 – Early dismissal
• February 17, 2023 – No School
• February 20, 2023 – No School
